TERRIFYING NEWS: Cats Outnumber Dogs. The people at Hunch did some demographic research of dog and cat owners and found that domestic cats outnumber domestic dogs by nearly eight million. And the scariest part is that all of those cats are owned by one 67-year-old woman on Long Island.
